MISSION STATEMENT

The Mission of the Tri-Lakes Monument Fire Rescue Authority Cadet Program is to provide young adults with leadership, teamwork, and life skills. This organization is also dedicated to introducing young persons to fire/EMS and will also strive to teach life skills, these include: Responsibility, personality, work ethic, and problem solving skills. We will accomplish these tasks by education and an active role in our community to serve as a role-model for other young persons in our community. -26 December 2004-
